Okeechobee County welcomes businesses seeking to enter or expand into the government market. Okeechobee County has partnered with Vendor Registry to processes its procurement transactions through an electronic procurement process.  Businesses must register on the Vendor Registry website to be notified by email of upcoming bid opportunities.  Registration is FREE.  The registry list categorizes each business by commodity codes for the specific goods or services offered by your business.

Registration takes just a few minutes to complete online.   You should have your current W9 form and insurance liability form to upload at the time of registration.   To register, you may click the below link:

You can also find the Vendor Registry located under the “Doing Business” or “I Want To” tabs.   Once there,  you will be led through the registration process using easy-to-follow instructions.

In addition, as a registered vendor, you will become part of the County's vendor data base allowing you to upload required documents in order to do business with us.  This data base may be used by all County departments to solicit bids. If you supply an e-mail address during the registration process, you will receive a e-mail notification of solicitations for commodities and services for which you are registered, whereby you should not ever miss a solicitation.  By utilizing this notification source, the County is able to reach countless vendors while saving valuable staff man-hours.

For questions or further information about Vendor Registry, please call:   Ph# 844-802-9202   or email: cservice@vendorregistry.com
