Members of the public shall have the opportunity to be heard at public meetings. Any persondeciding to appeal any decision by the Site Plan Technical Review Committee with respect toany matter considered at a meeting or hearing will need to ensure that a verbatim record of theproceedings is made and that the record includes the testimony and evidence upon which theappeal will be based.
