Our Customer Care Center will remain operational with the initial focus on addressing hazardous concerns — while our crews in the field work around the clock to restore power safely and as quickly as possible. We will provide you a daily email restoration update after the storm and you can track power outages with the FPL Mobile App. If you’d like to receive a text about the restoration progress, simply text the word “Join” to MyFPL (69375) to enroll.”
