Next week, you will receive your Notice of Proposed Property Taxes, otherwise known as TRIM Notice (Truth in Millage). Your TRIM Notice shows the value of your property, along with proposed millage rates, and taxes for the 2022 tax year. The TRIM Notice also compares the prior tax year’s information of your property. This information is also on our website at www.okeechobeepa.com . Please take a moment to review the information on it, to make sure you have received any exemption or classification you may have applied for.
