36.4% of households in Sebring received food stamps in 2020

Sebring ranked 53rd in Florida for the percentage of households receiving food stamps in 2020, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

There were 1,348 Sebring households (36.4 percent) who received food stamps. Sebring's population was 10,454 in 2020.

The city with the largest percentage of households receiving food stamps in the state was Homestead Base, which had 93 of 96 households receiving food stamps, 60.5 percent more than Sebring. In 2020 the population of Homestead Base was 725.

The city with the lowest percentage of households receiving food stamps in the state was Bay Hill, which had one of 1,751 households receiving food stamps, 36.3 percent less than Sebring. In 2020 the population of Bay Hill was 4,815.
