Of the 5,189 people living in Port LaBelle in 2020, 46.1 percent (2,392) were women and 53.9 percent (2,797) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Okeechobee Times.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 211. In the 65 and over age range, there were 198 females and 159 males.
