SCAM ALERT
It has been brought to our attention that scammers are contacting OUA customers concerning a credit on their utility account. The scammer asked the customer for their bank account information so the credit balance could be deposited into the customers bank account.
The OUA will never contact our customers asking for your bank account details nor do we submit electronic payment transfers for a credit balance.
Should you receive a questionable call from someone claiming to be from the OUA, hang up and call our office at 863-763-9460 to verify the inquiry.
