Okeechobee City issued the following announcement on April 7.
At last night's City Council meeting, we had the honor and privilege to award Evan Neal with the prestigious Key to the City of Okeechobee. This is the highest distinguished award that the City bestows. To say we are proud is an understatement. Continue to press on and make your hometown proud Evan!!!
