Traffic pattern change in effect

Sebring Parkway northbound lanes in the Phase IIB area (U.S. 27 to DeSoto) are now open!

You can now travel from U.S. 27 to Kenilworth Boulevard. As it is still an active construction zone, please follow posted signs/flaggers in the entire project area.
Sebring Parkway southbound lanes in the IIB project area (U.S. 27 to DeSoto Road) are closed. If you are heading southbound on the Parkway and need to access U.S. 27, please use DeSoto Road (head west).

Motorists and business customers and staff will still be able to access the businesses in the Phase IIB southbound area with some slight changes. ⚠ Drive slowly and watch for the business entrance signs that are posted. ⚠ Access via Physicians Way will remain an option.
The closure of the southbound lanes will be in effect for the remainder of the project.

The entire project is expected to be complete by the end of October (barring any delays because of severe weather).
