Okeechobee City issued the following announcement on February 6.
We would like to take a moment to remember Trooper Joseph J. Bullock E.O.W February 5, 2020. Trooper Bullock was shot and killed while assisting a disabled vehicle on I-95. Sending prayers to his family and our brothers and sisters at Florida Highway Patrol.
