Highlands County Board of County Commissioners, Government issued the following announcement on February 11.
Your Highlands County public libraries all have some amazing book displays set up for everyone to enjoy! Sebring has displays up honoring Martin Luther King Jr., Holocaust Remembrance Day (which was Jan. 27), Black voices in Romance, and Chinese New Year. In its Children's area, displays honor Black History Month and Valentine's Day.
Please come out to your local libraries to enjoy the decorations and pick up a favorite book to read!
