On Jan. 20, Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller sold their home at 1739 Belle Glade Road, Pahokee (unincorporated) to Dsean McIntosh for $6,100.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $578, 9.48% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, this is the only property that sold in Pahokee (unincorporated) as of this publication.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 1739 Belle Glade Road as of Oct. 10, 2020: Phyllis Ann Jones, 63, and James R. Jones, 82.
