Pahokee median home prices fell by 20.9% in December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Pahokee fell by $14,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $55,000 - a 20.9% decrease over the $69,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Pahokee in December 2020.
