Canal Point (unincorporated) home prices rose in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Canal Point (unincorporated) rose by $158,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 493.8% increase over the $32,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Canal Point (unincorporated) in the second half of 2020.
