South Bay median home prices fell by 6% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in South Bay fell by $6,500 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $101,000 - a 6% decrease over the $107,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in South Bay in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in South Bay for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $966, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
