Belle Glade home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Belle Glade rose by $102,225 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $240,000 - a 74.2% increase over the $137,775 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Belle Glade in the fourth quarter of 2020.
