Pahokee median home prices rose by 36.8% in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Pahokee rose by $28,250 while total sales decreased by 35.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 36.8% increase over the $76,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Pahokee in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Pahokee for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $828, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
