The third quarter of 2021: Home prices in Boca Raton (unincorporated) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Boca Raton (unincorporated) rose by $24,900 while total sales increased by 14.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 921 homes sold, with a median sale price of $349,900 - a 7.7% increase over the $325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 804 homes sold in Boca Raton (unincorporated) in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Boca Raton (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,014, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
