On Aug. 11, ABC Playschool Childcare Inc. purchased a property at 200 S.W. Ninth St., Belle Glade from Lutheran Services Florida Inc. for $350,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2018 was $1,521, 0.43% of the sale price of the home.

So far in August 2021, four properties sold in Belle Glade.

According to the Florida Secretary of State, Cheryl Stewart Jemmott, 54, was the only registered voter residing at 200 S.W. Ninth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
