July 2021: Home prices in Belle Glade increased

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Belle Glade rose by $64,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $229,000 - a 38.8% increase over the $165,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Belle Glade in July 2020.
