Pahokee home prices fell in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Pahokee fell by $12,950 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $122,500 - a 9.6% decrease over the $135,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Pahokee in July 2020.
