The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Belle Glade rose by $160,000 while total sales decreased by 47.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $230,000 - a 228.6% increase over the $70,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Belle Glade in the second quarter of 2020.
