Pahokee home prices fell in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Pahokee fell by $42,580 while total sales decreased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $42,420 - a 50.1% decrease over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Pahokee in the second quarter of 2020.
