Canal Point (unincorporated) median home prices fell by 5.3% in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Canal Point (unincorporated) fell by $4,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $80,500 - a 5.3% decrease over the $85,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Canal Point (unincorporated) in the first quarter of 2020, as well.
