February 2021: Home prices in Pahokee increased

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Pahokee rose by $98,900 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $179,950 - a 122% increase over the $81,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Pahokee in February 2020.
