Pahokee home prices fell in December 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2020 in Pahokee fell by $34,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $69,500 - a 33.2% decrease over the $104,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Pahokee in December 2019.
