South Bay home prices rose in 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in 2020 in South Bay rose by $59,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2020, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $112,500 - a 112.3% increase over the $53,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in South Bay in 2019.

The median sales tax in South Bay for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $966, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for 2020.
