Canal Point (unincorporated) median home prices fell by 75.4% in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Canal Point (unincorporated) fell by $98,000 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $32,000 - a 75.4% decrease over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Canal Point (unincorporated) in the second half of 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Canal Point (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,085, approximately 3.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2020.
