The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Belle Glade rose by $11,550 while total sales decreased by 51.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $141,550 - a 8.9% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 35 homes sold in Belle Glade in the fourth quarter of 2019.
