South Bay home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in South Bay rose by $88,700 while total sales decreased by 62.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $117,000 - a 313.4% increase over the $28,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in South Bay in the fourth quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in South Bay for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $966, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2020.
