The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Canal Point (unincorporated) fell by $150,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $25,000 - a 85.7% decrease over the $175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Canal Point (unincorporated) in the fourth quarter of 2019.
