Belle Glade home prices fall in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Belle Glade fell by $18,000 while total sales decreased by 53.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,000 - a 18% decrease over the $100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Belle Glade in October 2019.
