Pahokee home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Pahokee rose by $3,050 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $40,950 - a 8% increase over the $37,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Pahokee in October 2019.
