Belle Glade home prices rise in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Belle Glade rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 7.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $145,000 - a 31.8% increase over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Belle Glade in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Belle Glade for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,211, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
