Canal Point (unincorporated) home prices fall in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Canal Point (unincorporated) fell by $72,770 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $39,500 - a 64.8% decrease over the $112,270 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Canal Point (unincorporated) in the third quarter of 2019.
