Pahokee home prices fall in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Pahokee fell by $500 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $43,500 - a 1.1% decrease over the $44,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Pahokee in September 2019.

The median sales tax in Pahokee for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $828, approximately 1.9% of the median home sale price for September 2020.
