Pahokee home prices fall in August 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2020 in Pahokee fell by $2,900 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $87,100 - a 3.2% decrease over the $90,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Pahokee in August 2019.
