Pahokee home prices rise in July 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2020 in Pahokee rose by $58,400 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $120,900 - a 93.4% increase over the $62,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Pahokee in July 2019.

The median sales tax in Pahokee for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $828, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for July 2020.
