Pahokee home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Pahokee rose by $27,400 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $70,000 - a 64.3% increase over the $42,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Pahokee in the first half of 2019.

The median sales tax in Pahokee for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $828, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2020.
