Canal Point (unincorporated) home prices rise in the first half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2020 in Canal Point (unincorporated) rose by $11,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $60,000 - a 22.4% increase over the $49,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Canal Point (unincorporated) in the first half of 2019.
