Belle Glade home prices fall in the second quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Belle Glade fell by $19,000 while total sales decreased by 13.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $70,000 - a 21.3% decrease over the $89,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Belle Glade in the second quarter of 2019.
