South Bay home prices rise in May 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2019 in South Bay rose by $33,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $88,500 - a 60.9% increase over the $55,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in South Bay in May 2018.

The median sales tax in South Bay for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $913, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for May 2019.
