Pahokee home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Pahokee rose by $28,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $90,000 - a 45.2% increase over the $62,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Pahokee in August 2018.
