South Bay home prices rise in January 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2020 in South Bay rose by $43,500 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $86,000 - a 102.4% increase over the $42,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in South Bay in January 2019.

The median sales tax in South Bay for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $913, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for January 2020.
