Pahokee home prices rise in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Pahokee rose by $17,750 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,000 - a 65.1% increase over the $27,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Pahokee in March 2019.

The median sales tax in Pahokee for the most recent year with available data, 2014, was $785, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
