Pahokee home prices fall in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Pahokee fell by $62,950 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $81,050 - a 43.7% decrease over the $144,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Pahokee in February 2019.
