Belle Glade home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Belle Glade rose by $29,350 while total sales remained unchanged with 20 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $89,000 - a 49.2% increase over the $59,650 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Belle Glade in the second quarter of 2018, as well.
