Canal Point (unincorporated) home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Canal Point (unincorporated) rose by $43,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.
