Belle Glade home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Belle Glade rose by $17,450 while total sales increased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 21.1% increase over the $82,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Belle Glade in the fourth quarter of 2018.
