Pahokee home prices rise in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Pahokee rose by $22,450 while total sales increased by 9.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $57,550 - a 64% increase over the $35,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Pahokee in the first quarter of 2019.
